DOU.ua

DOU · also DOU

Ukraine's largest IT community site, launched in 2005, with job listings, company profiles, salary surveys and a forum, in Ukrainian and English.

DOU describes itself as "the largest IT community in Ukraine." The site launched in spring 2005; the Ukrainian Wikipedia lists Maksym Ishchenko as its author. Besides IT job listings and a company database, it is known for regular salary statistics and surveys. The interface is in Ukrainian and English.

DOU's forum is open to user discussion on topics well beyond technology. By October 2026 a thread about the idea of "economic reservation" had drawn more than a thousand comments, arguing over paying to avoid mobilization, taxes and corruption. Forum users are mostly IT workers and do not represent Ukrainian society as a whole.
