Toloka (toloka.to, also known as "Hurtom") is a non-profit Ukrainian BitTorrent file-sharing site. According to the Ukrainian Wikipedia it was founded on 7 January 2007 by a user known as Konfucius, shares Ukrainian-language content free of charge and without advertising, and calls itself "the Ukrainian nest". Wikipedia also notes that its status under copyright law is unclear.

The site has a forum whose boards on new films, series and Ukrainian-dubbed series often discuss who is doing the voice-over and which titles have a Ukrainian audio track, while the literature board shares book news. Posting is concentrated among a few active accounts and does not represent Ukrainian internet users at large.
